I offer a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to have the right words or have everything figured out — you just get to show up as you are. This space can hold experiences that feel difficult, complex or hard to speak about.
A full counselling session where we explore what you’re going through, unpack emotions, build insight and work gently through stress, anxiety, low mood or anything you’ve been carrying.
