Sessions take place online so you can join from wherever you feel most at ease - whether that’s your room, your couch, or a quiet spot that feels familiar. You can join by video or audio with your camera on or off, whichever feels most natural to you.
A full counselling session where we explore what you’re going through, unpack emotions, build insight and work gently through stress, anxiety, low mood or anything you’ve been carrying.

50-minute counselling session held on Zoom. If laptop is not accessible, the session can take place on WhatsApp video or audio calls instead.
